Under the Sea Stamp Set - Mini Slimline Encouragement Card

Hello Everyone!!!  Thank you for stopping by my blog today!  I'm so happy you're here!  Below you will find everything you need to color and make this card!

The blue water is reflective and shines when you move the card around.  I adhered the release paper from the toner card and attached it to the inside of the envelope to match the card.
