Here is a list of what I used for the card:
Tim Holtz Distress dies, Crushed Olive, Black Soot, Tea Dye, Wild Honey and Picked Raspberry. 
I distressed the card with the Tea Dye and Crushed Olive and used the rest to water color the image.
The paper pack I used is Seen & Noted by Pebbles.
