My New Addiction
Hi Everyone,
I know I've been MIA but life has gotten so busy! One minute I have time on my hands and then life takes off and I'm on the go everyday!! Well I've learned a new trick and that is how to knit (please don't be to impressed) I only know enough to make beautiful scarves. My Sister In Law taught me how and now I can't seem to stop! I have had so many orders I'm having a hard time keeping up LOL! I would like to get some on my Etsy store but I haven't had time to make any extras. Mind you I'm not complaining! I have posted some pictures of them below. If you are interested in purchasing some just send me an email at dawngdesigns@yahoo.com . They are $27 a piece and $2.50 for shipping. The pictures below do not do them justice. They come in an assortment of colors, more than shown. So if you want one let me know and I will send you some pictures of the colors. Every time I wear one people stop me and ask me where I got it! They practically sell themselves!
In other news I have recently enrolled my son Joshua (who has Down Syndrome) in Special Olympics Bowling and Boy Scouts! He had a bowling tournament yesterday and he won a gold medal! I am so proud of him! I think we are going to sign him up for basketball too. Whew! my calendar is filling up fast. I'm going to have to pencil some time in for me to craft LOL!
